Only product.md and the six approved PNGs with their public caption/alt text are public website inputs. Do not recursively publish this folder: _work/ and assets/ existed before this task and were preserved untouched; internal documents, review notes, paths and logs are not public content.

Shipped versus Planned

Shipped baseline: native macOS workbench, Shannon-entropy/pattern scanner, API Key Table/history, metadata catalog/discovery, CLI, local JSON API/stateless MCP, ranking/federation foundations, and consolidation/parser/audit components described in the 0.3.3 evidence.
Latest source merged and canary verified: scanner controls, persisted target/home fallback, temporary AppIcon, Permissions guidance. This does not establish rollout of the latest merge to every Mac.
Planned: live password-manager adapters, complete cross-manager dedup, on-demand live 1Password integration (never per-command hooks), remaining full consolidation UX/acceptance, granted-state Permissions verification, public distribution, iPhone/iPad companion, CloudKit, final icon, broader standards compliance, and the newly opened FEAT-20260927-24 credential broker.
DEC-20260925-01 is treated as OPEN / UNDECIDED for Apple Passwords versus 1Password consolidation, as explicitly required by the current user instruction. The underlying ticket's older resolved status is disclosed as a source conflict; this task did not rewrite the decision ticket.
Pricing omitted because no product pricing decision was found.

Screenshots

RESULT.md Gate 4 is PASS. Opened and visually reviewed all eight supplied PNGs. Six passed this pack's strict no-real-secret/no-real-hostname/no-real-personal-data requirement and were copied unchanged. Each retained file matches its source bytes and the MD5 stated in RESULT.md; all three retained light/dark pairs differ.

The federation light/dark pair was NOT copied: real public service hostnames are visible, even though the account identities are synthetic. They also show simulated manager availability, so they must not be used to promise live connectors. No mockups were created. No MISSING.md is needed because six valid captures are supplied. The scanner capture's bottom table is cropped in the original; the caption discloses that limitation. Denied Permissions screenshots do not prove a granted state.

Non-force push to fleet succeeded. git ls-remote fleet read back the exact new branch SHA.
Existing archive/xentropy-additive-reconciliation-v2-20260926 tag remains unchanged: tag object bbe337d2a5772b26ae0032fcd5e0d0cfed28398e, peeled commit 577522b5fd13157d0e5431bc6c3005c1adcebe27.
The configured hook supplied the Agent trailer (codex@rdmsm4x (xent0926)); ticket/bus identity is xentropy. Hook configuration was preserved.
Canonical checkout was not edited or switched. This archived-branch correction was not merged into main. Docs-site rendering remains the docs bot's downstream action, not a verified deployment here.
Recovery: old README remains in the archive tag and parent commit; revert this one documentation commit through a new commit if needed. No force-push or source history replacement.

Tickets

FEAT-20260926-15, FEAT-20260926-16, and TASK-20260926-47 received notes with merge SHA 69d8765243e198f9cf24e156047c6ad553dbdb99 and were resolved only after RESULT.md STATUS PASS was confirmed.

FEAT-20260926-17 received a merge/denied-evidence note and remains in-progress/open, with granted state BLOCKED-needs-human. Required acceptance is a real authorized console grant, return-to-app refresh and granted-state evidence. No permission changes were attempted.

Verification and open items

Declared macOS minimum is 15.0 in package and build configuration. TASK-20260927-23 flags platform/standards drift. Do not substitute the desired future deployment target for the current source fact.
RFC-20260926-02 design, SEC-20260926-01 audit gaps, EPIC-20260926-05 remaining acceptance, DEC-20260925-01 undecided choice, DEC-20260925-03 hardware decision, and FEAT-20260927-24 broker remain open/Planned as described in PRD.md.
The prescribed topology-audit script path was absent (exit 127). No remote execution or topology-dependent deployment was needed; local host identity was read directly.
Apple Notes publication is PENDING: this process is in a Background launchd session, so the standard Notes publisher cannot run here. A durable changelog file copy is retained; no GUI/credential prompt was raised.

Next docs action: read this manifest, publish only the public allowlist, use approved captions, preserve Planned qualifiers, and render the corrected archived-branch README. Handoff delivery receipts follow below; dispatched does not mean accepted or published.
